Cranberry Sauced!

Well, it's turkey day. Not a huge turkey fan, but I like the tradition. My two favorite things about T-Day are the stuffing and cranberry sauce. I'm pretty much the only one at the table who eats the cranberry sauce, and that's fine by me. But I don't eat the lumpy shit. It's gotta be the jellied kind, and it must be shaped like the can.

Be safe.

We celebrated Thanksgiving in Canada a month ago and I thought it would be fun to videotape myself while I tried to get the cranberry sauce out of the can.

It's posted on my blog.

Happy Thanksgiving!

I'm with you. The jelly is sweeter, but still w/a nice tart edge. The actual berries...too acidic. Yes, I'm pleading actual TASTE, not fond memories from childhood.

And I heard about Altman from you. Praire Home Companion not actually a bad one to go out on.

Cranberry sauce must look like the can it comes in. These are matters of undeniable fact.

I've never been a big stuffing person myself. Not a big fan of bread cooked within the chest cavity of an animal.
