Where Are We?

Hello? Fellow bloggers? Where the hell did we go? Are we over the blogging thing? I dunno. I mean, I have time to post, I just don't do it. And it seems like a lot of other bloggers/writers have stopped as well. Not all, of course, but there's been a noticeable drop off.

Are we busy writing? Working the day job? Raising a family? Farting around? Farting?

Writing's been hard to get going. I still have several scripts started and am working on them as I much as I can, I've listed their titles here before. I'll mail out The Stand-In to Austin on Monday, and am waiting on the Bluecat Results (quarterfinals announced soon).

Peace out.

Patrick, good to hear from ya again. Good to know you're ALIVE!
Would have to agree with you on the blogging thing. It does seam to be a passing fad.

Busy farting around? Yes. Busy farting, hopefully no, though last weekend after 4 hot dogs and 2 bowls of beans... Pee-youski!

Currenly I'm outling/scene building a new romantic comedy, in a week or so I'll open up a couple scripts I wrote on the 1st two kings of Israel: Saul and David. One's at 172 pages the other at 281 (off memory), which took a YEAR to write. So writing wise, yours truely is VERY busy.

Wishing you God's best in Bluecat and the Austin Film Festival. In life you're never gauranteed success, all you can do is put yourself in the best possible position to succeed. All I can tell you is to TRY to keep writing. If you become active in the blogosphere maybe others will too.

It does seem like there's been a collective downturn. Myself included. Trying to get back to it though. Glad you're back.
